There is a non-stop festival in outer space called Tsirko, where virtually everyone has their own AI unit. Ophiuca is showing her little brother, Astarr, around the city's hero district, where they come across the Hall of Heroes. Suddenly, a tragedy occurs inside the Hall, leading to a fight. Ophiuca and Astarr are too young to own AI units, so they don't have any knowledge on combat. However, their Uncle Luis—a Hall of Heroes member with a Level 2 combat AI unit—is there to assist them. After the threat is defeated, Astarr reveals a special power he has that helps the survivors of the tragedy recover.

Despite the recent tragedy, Ophiuca is determined to take Astarr to a local rave, prompting a protective Uncle Luis to lock them safely inside the guild hall. Refusing to stay put, the siblings pool their talents to stage a breakout. By combining Ophiuca’s hardware expertise with Astarr’s special powers, they manage to hack together a functional AI unit and escape into the night. However, the rave comes to a screeching halt when a fatal gunshot rings out on the dance floor. Finding themselves face-to-face with the culprit, the siblings are rescued in the nick of time by an unlikely duo.

Following their rescue at the rave, Ophiuca is shocked to realize their saviors—Pandora and Mochi—are the exact culprits behind the Hall of Heroes tragedy. After Pandora dismisses Ophiuca's confrontation and flees the murder scene, the siblings pursue the villains to a reservoir managed by Tsirko's elite. With help from two night-shift guards, Ophiuca and Astarr infiltrate the facility's AQUA lab to halt Pandora's unfolding plan. Just as the two groups clash, a sudden blackout plunges all of Tsirko into darkness, leaving only a mysterious unit known as "Athena Team 4" to answer the resulting distress call.
